One needs to undergo training with a good MT unit. The duration of training maybe 6-12 months. Seek a training MT unit that would absorb you after completion of training (provided you do well). You need to work with such a unit for at least 2-3 years on all types of accounts before thinking of working from home.

5) Experience in transcription is preferable
