I just feel that their action of vanishing without a word only shows their "cheap" mental makeup ... nothing else, we did not vanish, they did. Hope they have the courage to say to us what was wrong and why they left without just running away... if we have a problem, we are ready to correct. People who have good skill do not run, they ask questions ... not sure if I can say that to ones who just fire from behind someone's back or say "big" things in the forum without identifying themselves... When our testing/evaluation process shows someone has potential, we are fine with providing an opportunity to such QAs. Ones who want to give their best and improve are welcome to join us... What mess are you talking about... hey... we are looking to hire 40 to 50 additional QAs to rampup a new account... that is good right? We are doing great with our existing work. We at iDATA INDIA MEDICAL DOCUMENATION are happy to grow and would be even more happy to let more QAs be part of this success story. It is for you guys to decide, act. Why does not I-data employ people IN-HOUSE in Chennai, where they proudly announce a back office. So bottom line is "All that glitters is not always Gold". You people keep on posting advt. I have also vowed to see that you also get good returns from me, and other of my fellow members. C'mon join the party........ Dodecan, As per your logic all companies will need to have an office-based setup to be called GOLD. You are not in touch with reality then. Having in-house operations will limit a company's reach, as simple as that. Now, with a ever-dwindling number of MTs/QAs in this field, which company in the right mind would do that. More and more companies are offering home-based employment with better benefits than office-based employment. Just sit back and think for a second, why would any company use this forum to advertise for available MT and QA positions, can't they just open up offices and attract people only to that location. MT Industry has evolved because of the nature of resources, it is skill based. It is not a factory where products are manufactured. In a fair sense we can assume a majority of members on this Forum are working from home, and would anyone relocate to any city or for that matter to Chennai to join us if we have the best setup? More importantly, you should ask us about our compliance on tax related matters with our employees, our Vendors and with the Govt, PF related matters, insurance related matters, on-time salary disbursement matters and growth opportunities we provide to the hard-working individuals we employ. We have been trying to be as informative as possible but you seem to be changing lanes with each of your post, starting from number of ads, to salary date and now to in-house setup. In reality we are actually giving your original post some credit by participating in a healthy discussion. On the other hand none of the 4 companies you mentioned in your original post have even bothered to respond. What does it say about them and what does it say about us? If you have the best interest of the MT Forum members in your mind, please visit our post and raise any valid questions you have. You will do all the members a great favor. If you have vowed to be vocal, channel it towards providing valuable information to your fellow members by reaching out to us and knowing what sort of company we really are. But I doubt you will do anything good by just saying what you feel like and turning a blind eye on what is factual reality.
