1) Shift and timings, Is it rotational? Depends on where he stays, work from facility is also available and cab is also available
2) Do you provide night shift allowances and Cab facility? YES
3) CTC cap or Max CTC offered? 12k - 30k
4) Experience level- 2-40 years
5) Qualification- Any

After all these description, not mentioned about which post what salary, because the pay cuts they have brought recently pulled MLS salaries to the stone age 12500 for direct upload daily 750 lines and if the quality falls below 98.5 no incentives (same old 100 rupees night shift allowance more than 10 years), so MLS life in pathetic situation now. So, the advertisement will be there always 1000 needed, what about joined ones.

Many of the MLS working from home currently say they are not getting sufficient lines even after working in split shifts. I do not know why they are advertizing. Nuance is a TL/team manager safe company, not MLS oriented. Each team manager has many MTs who are doing only 400-500 lines per day most of the days. It does not take much time to realize this truth.
