BACKGROUND
------------
Espidi is an Australian company involved in Medical transcription and software development. We are looking for talented medical transcription professionals for our Indian arm - SPD Solutions Private Limited located at BL 128 Sector 2, Salt Lake , Kolkata. We are looking for talented transcription professionals to join our Coimbatore and Bangalore teams.
We work on the Emdat software platform. Unlike the US markets our clients are extremely particular about the quality of work that is done and hence we look at hiring the best possible.
WE ARE OFFERING

> Flexible work environment which encourages a work life balance
> No night shifts
> Moderate targets (600 lines\day for typists) on clear dictators
> No accuracy based deductions
> Paid CL, SL and Indian holidays of around 30 days
> Salaries paid on the 1st of every month with only TDS as deduction
INDICATIVE SALARIES
-----------------------------
Typists - Rs 15000/month + incentives after 600 lines
Senior Typists - Rs 19000/month + incentives after 600 lines
QAs- Rs 26000/month
Proof Readers - Rs 29000/month
We are happy to beat any salary being paid for the right candidates as long as there are pay slips or some other evidence to back up the current salary. We are also happy to discuss a line based rate if a fixed salary is not what you are after.

WE NEED

Professionals who can deliver error free work and meet the following criteria
1. Have at least 4 years of experience in medical transcription
2. Can give a minimum daily commitment on the number of lines
3. Are confident that they will be able to meet quality standards higher than US clients and have the attention to detail to be able to change to British English
4. Previous experience with Emdat and UK/Australian work will be highly regarded

There is no phone number provided even in your website and when I searched for the address, "N" number of offices are having the same address in Bangalore, please clarify regarding the same......

To the first query, its hard to say what will happen in the future but we will always remain employee focussed as we know that people are our biggest asset and that will not change with our size
To the second query, there is definitely an option of HBT
To the third query, we do not publish contact numbers for a reason. Every day we get 30 plus email enquiries. We are a small company and do not have a dedicated person to just answer phone queries. If after the test you qualify we will be happy to provide you with a contact number for telephonic enquiries. There is only 1 office in Bangalore at the moment.
