Looking two MTs for online work for 100% transcription, operative account, work.  Minimum accuracy required is 92%.  Rate given will be Rs. 1 per line with each line consisting of 65 characters with space.  Currently shift timings are early morning from 5 a.m. but later on will be changed to night shift from 9 p.m.    Minimum 8 hours of work required.  To leave work, you will have to give 15-day notice in which you will have to work so your dues can be cleared.

Minimum line count:  800 lines per day after initial 15 days of work translating to 8000 lines bi-weekly.  

Incentives:
1.  1000 lines per day will lead to 20 paise increase.  If you are getting Rs. 1 it will be changed to rs. 1.20
2.  Accuracy based incentives:
Above 95%  get extra 20 paise for all work.
Above 98.5% get final rate of Rs. 1.80 paise per line.
3.  1000 lines with accuracy above 98.5% (100% direct) per day will give final Rs. 2 per line.
