We are in need of experienced QAs/Editors (minimum 5 years of experience) to work in night shifts (full-time). We are having Nuance accounts.

What will be the payment structure if I am not able to reach the target lines per month. Could you please tell that also. If there is any flexible IDs available (irrespective of daily logins or not), what would be the rate. If Escription accounts are more, why don't you take MTs to work at 80ps per line and PEND all files to next level, so that you will be having good name by giving opportunities to people who are not good at sending DIRECT UPLOAD, i.e. 98% plus accuracy. I think no one has got this idea till this date, all 3 levels can be fulfilled, files go with more than 99.9% accuracy....right. Please think of it and talk to Nuance guys once. Negogiate rates, they are ready to pay more to beat another big shark, MModal, since it is not possible for them, finally who will handle 53 states hospital accounts.
