Spectrawhiz Indore is hiring.
We have an urgent requirement (full-timers only) for MLS/QA/QC (office based and home based). Able to produce 20,000 lines per month.

. MLS Requirements. – Spectrawhiz is currently looking for MLS with at least 4 years experience. MLS must be in a position to work in night shift under e-scription platform.
Positions may be full time, or if you prefer we can contact you regarding transcription opportunities for specific specialties
. MT Requirements. –In general terms, MTs we hire must have proven knowledge in the required medical transcription specialty for which they are hired. Our MTs are required to undertake a legally enforceable "Agreement" before providing Medical Transcription Services.
SPECTRAWHIZ VRE & PR RATES (IN PAISE)
DAY SHIFT TIME: 5 AM TO 3 PM
NIGHT SHIFT TIME: 8 PM TO 8 AM
IF IDs WERE TO WORK IN BOTH SHIFTS THEN NO NIGHT ALLOWANCE BE PAID.
IF ANY CLIENT COMPLAINT IS RECEIVED THE DSP STATUS WOULD TO BE REMOVED AND EVEN THE IDs MAY BE TERMINATED FOREVER, DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF ERROR. ACCURACY SHOULD NOT BE NOT LESS THAN 99% IN ANY CASE. THE ERRORS ARE LIMITED TO: 2 MAJOR, 12 MINOR IN A MONTH FOR A POST AUDIT CARRIED ON 1000 LINES(EPTL) NO CPSE ERRORS WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE. UNFORTUNATELY, THESE KEEP ON CHANGING TO MORE STRINGENT PARAMETERS FOR BETTERMENT OF PATIENT SAFETY AS PER NUANCE.
BILLING WOULD BE ON MONTHLY BASIS, CREDIT CYCLE WOULD BE 15 DAYS. ALL RATES ARE ON PER ID ONLY; RATES FOR MALPRACTICE WOULD BE ZERO.

ACCURACY BONUS: ( ACCURACY IS CALCULATED ON A MONTHLY BASIS )
WE CHALLENGE OFFERING VERY GOOD RATES IN INDIA, THAT MAKES EARNING ADDITIONAL ACCURACY BONUS A LITTLE TRICKY i.e.
ID NEEDS TO HAVE THE DSP STATUS IN ATLEAST TWO ACCOUNTS DONE BY SPECTRAWHIZ.
IF ANY ID ASKS FOR EASY FILES OR WAITS TO DO THE FILE IN QUEUE, THAT ID IS DISQUALIFIED FROM GETTING THE ACCURACY BONUS.
IDs WOULD HAVE TO DO THE WORK AS PER TAT REQUIREMENTS OF VARIOUS A/Cs HANDLED BY SPECTRAWHIZ.
NO CPSE ERRORS WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE.

I would like to alert fellow users that once you join the company, you will be showered with lot of Sir's, that sir, this sir, yes sir, no sir, lots of respect.
When it comes to work, first 2 days you will get the best of the dictations. Once you feel elated, come the crap dictations.
Your work profile is not well defined, you will join as QA/QC but will be asked to do typing work of worst of the worst files.
These people are not client themselves but are vendors who get work from other companies.
Join at your own risk would be my suggestion.

We are Business Partners for Nuance and we work on e-scription platform and all ids are expected to work from the pool. So, best and crap does not apply here. Work profile is already given at the time of joining with an offer and appointment letter. So, MLS and QCs work accordingly.
