Accuracy: 98.5%
Salary: 16000/-
Shift: Day
MTs ( Home Based) 15 Nos
Target: 650 Lines/ Day
Exp: 3 years and Above
Accuracy: 95%
Salary: 11000/-

Working with Penfield Medical Solutions for the past 4 months. Just thought of sharing my experience which may help upcoming MTs to find out the right place to work in.
I am happy to be a part of Penfield Medical Solutions. The main thing what attracts me is the way they deal with their employees. They give us enough time to get used to the account and the guidance they give while starting a new account.
They dont appoint inhouse staffs and the payment till now was very prompt. What they expect from us is professionalism and quality.
The testing process is also tough but once you get thru you will be taken care off.
If you are really confident about your quality I personally recommend you to join Penfield Medical Solutions. A decision you will not regret.

I agree to what siraj has said here. It is regrettable that some MTs lose their job because of quality issues there, but if you are confident, dedicated and good in what you do, Penfield is really a good choice.
