Time and again one sees posts for direct uploaders from two-bit individuals, firms or husband & wife companies. If any MT/HMT can provide direct upload quality even of bad dictators and/or audios especially operative reports then such a MT/HMT should be working directly for large companies like Accusis, Prajot, MRecord, etc. that provide a better rate and where there would be continuity of daily work with volumes rather work for these two-bit companies that not only pay a lower rate, but also will put forth excuses at the time of payment of some rejection of work by client or other reasons for making deductions. Also these two-bit firms do not have the daily requisite volumes of work. They are just out to make a fast buck by paying a lower rate by offloading tough files that cannot be done in-house.
