Rate per Line:
Rs 1.5 per line (65 Char) if more than 20,000 lines are submitted each month
Rs 1.15 per line (65 Char) if more than 11,000 lines are submitted each month
Rs 0.90 per line (65 Char) if more than 7,000 lines are submitted each month
