I have a report about a 2 year old little boy. He fell off a trampolene and has a forehead injury with lacerations on his frontal aspect. It says that the heart has regular rate and rhythm with no sounds or murmurs. ___ starts with a b but i dont know the word seems to be attentive. abdomen is soft and benign , shows no ___ sounds like covings diagnosis with more lesions.
