Home Based MTs and HBTs - pratibha - 28-08-2012
We are a 12-year-old old company based in Nagpur. To manage additional volumes, we need immediately MTs or HBTs (as direct uploads). Small groups are also welcome.
Work volume: Regular
Timing: 8 am onwards
Volume: 60 minutes and above
Quality: Direct uploadable or above 98.5% (for HBTs)
Rate:
MT: Rs 0.80 to 1.00 per 65-character line
HBT: Rs. 1.40 to 1.60 per 65-character line
Pay via direct bank deposit.

Your ad is a bit confusing. I think you are looking for Home-based MTs and Direct Uploaders. MT and HBT are same.

If the advertiser is in a state of confusion and not clear in explaining their requirement - how could expect the good one.
At least mention as MT (indirect upload) and home based MT (direct upload)
