Inviting experienced EditScript Editors - Bangalore - TransOne - 13-02-2013
Hello All,
TransOne is looking for experienced Editors (Direct Uploaders) to work in-house on Escription platform. Salary at par with industry standards along with longevity bonus and yearly appraisals.
Option to choose fixed salary plus line one incentive or flat per line basis, but should strictly adhere to monthly scheduled rooster. Referral bonus also after the referred candidate completes 3 months of production. Timely salary transfer.

Of course it is attractive and designed in such a way that people who are experienced can earn well. Basic salary plus line one incentive.

Yeaahh you are right...experienced people earn more and more and freshers don't get opportunities..what an irony..
