This is first time I am hearing about professional tax for subcontractor status employees

Many companies are offering 1 rupee to 1:10 for transcription itself

you are right sadurlaa. We were given 80p in the year of 2007 itself, now it is 2015; the essentials have skyrocketed, but we are offered 80 paise.
