We are presently on a rapid expansion drive. We are looking for experienced Medical Transcriptionists, Editor / Analyst (Quality Analysts) and Home Based Associates (HBA), capable of providing Direct Upload to clients. Quality Assurance:
Minimum Qualifications Required for a QA
Must be a highly skilled transcriptionist or editor maintaining consistent transcription quality of 99% or higher with 2-3 years experience
Demonstrate ability to work in all specialties.
In-depth knowledge of The AAMT Book of Style.
Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiolo! gy, disease processes, signs and symptoms, medications, and laboratory values.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and style, in order to provide consistent quality feedback.
Understanding of security and compliance regulations in regard to HIPAA.
Ability to understand diverse accents, dialects, and varying dictation styles.
Proficient in referencing, researching, reporting, tracking, and monitoring.
Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities and time frames.
Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.

Medical Transcriptionist:
Minimum Qualifications Required for a MT
A qualified graduate with transcription experience 3-5 years, preferably in sciences.
The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
Knowledge of medical transcription guidelines and practices.
Excellent skills in English usage, grammar, punctuation, and style.
Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to work effectively with others.
Ability to use designated professional reference materials.
Ability to operate word processing equipment, dictation and transcription equipment, and other equipment as specified.
Ability to concentrate.
Excellent listening skills.
Excellent eye, hand, and auditory coordination.
The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
