Account Type - Online/Can process initially offline
Dictation - Challenging dictator but with lots of samples. (High LC account)
TAT - Long TAT, can process at your convenient timings.
Rate: Rs 1.50 on DU status.
Payment Date: Done between 20th - 25th of every month for previous entire month's work.

Challenging dictator, I see, but your payment is a real challenge. Need to wait for 25 days + 30 days of previous month, i.e 55 days.
Really a great challenge for the people.

this thread was posted in February where the rate was 1.60 for DU and now the rate is decreased to 1.50...
If the DU is this good, he may as well join escription companies where they pay 1.10 for editing and 2.20 for trans for easy to not so tough files
