ANYONE HAS ANY INFO ABOUT THIS FRAUD COMPANY AND ITS DIRECTORS??? GUESS NTS NEEDS TO INTRODUCE INTEGRITY-INCENTIVES TO ALL ITS MANAGERS. NOT SURE IF THAT WOULD BE EFFECTIVE THOUGH.

NTS has washed hands. They did nothing. They say they can do nothing about it..this is between you and SMGC go find them and take your payments. Thinking about all other MTs and people surviving on this field we decided to take it to mtforum or else we could take this to the respective clients that we had worked for. We need to behave like Siby to survive this company, lay low and put your heads down and keep working without complaining and take whatever leftover is thrown at you.

What you people need to do is send all SMGC people details to Nuance reporting that they did not pay you. At the least, Nuance will not contract with these guys again.

As a matter of fact, as I have stated, I have worked for SMGC for 4 years and I know only Ravindra Sharma and Shiva from there because they paid me for the work and I never wanted to know who was the director or CEO was as long as I got my payments on time. They kept me happy and I delivered what they asked me for, i.e. 30-35k lines per month.. and I also stand by every word I said about Ravindra and Shiva. In fact I am now happily working in EMD under Shiva and I am earning the same I earned in SMGC by delivering the above lines.
Regarding your suggestion of surviving in this industry.. I want to make clear to every MT that I have been in this industry more than 15 years and I have seen the lows and highs of this industry and the only mantra of surviving in this industry is sheer hard work .. because when you give good line count with quality, I do not see any reason why any company would deny you payment or make you unhappy because your are the goose that is laying golden eggs for them.
In fact there are very few genuine companies left in India, but that does not mean that the lakhs of MT will just sit at home and not work for any company. It is just trial and error and jumping from one company to other. As I said I worked for SMGC for 4 years, but it was sunshine for me because they needed me and I needed them... that is the only logic
