Now my question:

Whether this company is having a direct account or subvendorship.

Whether they are paying on time or not?

Whether they have in-house employees or not? or they wanna just sit and fool people around the India.

Pls. stop posting this advertisement, I am sick of your advt. Come up with some thing new or fresh.

Whether they are paying on time or not?
- we clearly mention the rates and payment cycle to you before you sign the contract with us and start working. If you are not conformable with them, we do not force anyone to join us.

- We have 30 in-house employees and more than 100 HBTs… our office address is mentioned on our website… you can personally come and visit us if you prefer to do so.


Our questions for you are :
- what makes you feel that by posting multiple adverts, we would not pay anyone for the work that they do and at the rates that we have agreed upon ? Have you found even a single post on this or any other forum from anyone mentioning that we have not paid them as long as they have done the work as per the company’s standards…
- on what basis are you telling us to not post any further ads on this forum ?? has the admin assigned you any rights to tell us to do so ?
- what makes you think that we are just fooling around with people ?? have you ever tried contacting us and didn’t get a response… we don’t have time to waste, like you…
- What gives you the right to accuse all the Maharashtra companies and specifically Mindstream without any significant proof when you haven’t  worked for us or haven’t even tried contacting us… what is your basis for such false accusations and assumptions that we are not paying ?

The reason we do a new posting every week is we have a lot of openings and a good amount of work to handle for which we consistently need to hire MTs and QAs .

Our advice for you is go find some good company and keep yourself busy with work rather than maligning genuine people and genuine companies here which is not doing you any good.

but see your rates, Rate per Line for MT work: 80 ps to Rs. 1 depending on experience

Rate per Line for Editing work: 70 ps to 90 ps depending on experience

Deductions: 1% and Rs.200 PT

See Mr. Dodecan, with your blasting posts, no one is going to be helped here.  In addition, you are misleading genuine companies to fake, with that MTs who are in need of money remaining jobless because of you.
Whatever the accounts direct or indirect, they are paying according to their margins, and people are working who are willing.  What the problem do you have.  With your blasting posts, still any company raised the line basis price ?  Literally, it is demonstrating that you are time-passer here in this forum and you are not alone, like you SOAPNOTE and lot of psycho blasters here.

Friends, Definitely Soapnote and Dodecan are not wasting our time. They are just speaking for us only to increase the rates....I totally disagree with Mr. Sekhar13515...Rates are very poor....But one thing, they will not get experienced proofers or MTs. As said by Dodecan this cannot be their direct accounts for which the payment is such a less, though the company may be genuine.

So kindly do not discourage people who voices their concerns for us to increase our rates...The tone in which the matter is told can be moderated.

Anything wrong, we have to raise our concerns, in fact we are fighting for our rates and good payment. We should not fight among ourselves...Ego can win, but it destroys friendship and a piece of mind.

Let me share my experience with Anand.  I have worked for Anand for 3 years.  He use to SMS me daily about the allotments in the FTP.  I can say that this is a Genuine company and can be trusted for, payments you may receive late, but it does not mean that you won't get it.  Its very hard to find a genuine company.  At that time there were no deductions, but now it is.  Anand, you also need to revise your rates to 1 rupee from 80 paise.  

Guys, once again, don't miss the genuine company and regarding rates you can try to convince Anand personally. Call me Anand, if you can.

Mindstream is Genuine company, but they don't pay money what they promised.  Not telling for time-pass.
They promised Rs. 0.90 paise per line.  But for doing 14,000 lines a month, how much amount should get the person, approximately 12,500 above, but they paid only 11,000.

Mr. Anand, what's your answer for this ?
Don't say deductions cutting for quality, except PF cutting.

Now my ?, what is the meaning of genuine and then not paying you or anyone up to the mark, in short you lost around 3,000 which is really sad, for this reason, I opened up the GATEWAY, let people know what these guys are up to. When @ Shekhar posts a comment about his friend working for Mindstream and getting paid 100% and makes a couple of good points, he is trolled… when he posts about him doesn’t getting paid, that is taken positively and made an issue out of… what kind of hypocrisy is that… and @ Shekhar isn’t even sure if he has worked for us or no since then he could have mentioned that in his very first post itself rather than mentioning about his friend… the confused mind that he is with the contradictory statements, he needs to go back and check which company he has worked for and how many lines he had done etc… All of a sudden he realizes that he has worked for us, how convenient !!

Positive comments from other users are just being ignored… You just want to go about with your own point of views and blast about it without any basis… and we noticed that you are doing the same for about every genuine company on this forum except a few…

If you can assume we are paying people to write positive reviews for us, it is also very fairly clear from your actions that YOU are being paid by our competitors to defame us and other genuine companies on popular forums like this one without YOU having any valid proof on your claims about us which also signifies that you are a bunch of job less crooks making your living out of defaming genuine people and companies...

If you are so worried about the rates then why don’t you start your own company if you have the balls to do that and pay the rates that you are demanding here… We are paying as per our feasibility and do not require your opinion on what rates we should be paying… I am sure no company would be willing to pay you even those rates that we are, which is why you are wasting your’s and everyone else’s time here by posting baseless comments.

As you have correctly said, let the people in the forum decide… so we would expect that you carry on with your jobs, if you have any, and stop defaming genuine companies without any reason… unless of’course if you are getting paid to do so…
