MT/Editor/QA are the main worker of companies, but still MT companies offering chillers where as Dollar increasing........so bad..... Sitting on a chair in front of computer and editing doc is very hard, but still we are not able to enjoy our life, buy things we like to. Some companies lost staff because of not paying good rates. Such companies approaching their end. Where the MT field is going?. Share your opinion..

May be this is your experience, but my experience is that some of companies r ready to pay, but employees do not want to work, especially home based people they are having very bad attitude towards work, so from my point of view, either company pays less or high, still people dont want to work.

here i am talking about people who work hard but still getting chillers.. not able to lead a happy life.... and obviously if people not getting enough money for their hard work they start losing interest....
