1. Full Ngt Shift-Rs. 100 per day--8 weekly offs--9-hrs shift....9:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. (10 p.m. to 6 a.m.....these 8 hrs lines will get night shift line count allowance excluding from line one incentives).

2. Early Ngt Shift-Rs. 100 per day--7 weekly offs--8-1/2 hrs shift...6 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. (10 p.m. to 2:30 a.m..these 4:30 hrs lines will get night shift line count allowance excluding from line one incentives).  

3. Late Ngt Shift-Rs. 100 per day--8 weekly offs--9-hrs shift...12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (12 a.m. to 6 a.m...these 6 hrs lines will get night shift line count allowance excluding from line one incentives).

4. Early 1st Shift-Rs. 100 per day--7 weekly offs--8-1/2-hrs shift...4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (4 a.m. to 6 a.m...these 2 hrs lines will get night shift line count allowance excluding from line one incentives).

5. Day Shift-------6 weekly offs--8-hrs shift.....6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

There is an issue with eScription software, which is feel major for HBTs that is when we make correction in files and if it goes to next level (i.e. editor/QA) that correction wont be corrected and that person gets the incentive for marking that correction. I experienced this myself and got terminated because of this. I hear from my friends that still this issue is there (only for HBTs) and HR/Operation Head wont even listen if you told them this issue. Please fellows, confirm regarding this issue before joining NTS.

How much lines one can do with those companies per day? How are the dictations?

Forget about the incentives, deduction for errors and other things, if they provide stable work flow (jobs) to HBT's, that will be the 8th wonder of the world.

MModal is very, very good company. You will get good incentives if you achieve your target and if you exceed more than that you can make very, very good amount of money. No assigning of files done. Whatever files in the pool you have to do it if it is difficult or easy and one more thing no partiality is there and work will be available for 24 hours. 1200 lines you can do, but it is difficult not like escription, you have to put more effort and here most of the files are editing.
