Hello All,
After the completion of the last rampup, we have been keeping a low-profile in terms of recruitment...
Now we are back!!!
We have projections or another large account are looking to hire at least 30 QAs.
About 5-7 Transcriptions (consultants) will be hired as well - with Medical Insurance Benefits (for MTs) - they can get in touch with our HR (hr@idata-llc.com) for details.
QAs will be hired as consultants and converted to permanent staff on completion of probation and provided PF and Medical Insurance Benefit...
New QA recruits will get a protection benefit of flat 1.2 INR/line rate and no deduction on quality/proof rate for the first month of work... of course don't expect to survive for long if the quality is not close to client requirement.
We have been able to keep up our projection and grow as planned - this time is not going to be different.
expecting a growth of 30 to 40% from current levels.
