Trx Rates:   Rs 1.20 to 1.50 per line
QA Rates:  Rs 0.50 to Rs 0.75 per line  (2nd level - you will have minimum corrections)

Salary can be fixed after 3 months.

Payment Date:  20th of every month for previous month's work.
