Hi -- I'm  in traning to become a MT and I need some help.  I've been listening to this over and over.  If anyone can help me I would appreicate it so much.  The dictation is as follows: "S/P 4 3 I&D WITH CULTURES AND A POLY EXCHANGE RIGHT TOTAL HIP ARTHROPLASTY"  I don't know what the numbers 4 3 stand for after the S/P (Status Post).  I also don't know how I am supposed to type them -- with a colon, slash, etc. between them?  Any info you can give me I would appreciate -- THANKS!
