I agree with Rafi. I sent my resume to around five job posters and what they offered was very less (60 paise/line for transcription) and the voice quality of files was horrible. I felt like I wasted time.
It would be better if you post rate, so that people who can work for that rate only will apply. Otherwise, irritated people will come here and shout against your post.
