The rates you have mentioned is very high as compared to our rates. The Dictators might be very tough and MT quality might be below 60 % which can exhaust the Editors .
Our MT Transcribed files qualtiy is 90% and above and there are very few Dictators with clear audios and Editor can earn easily without stress.
If you want to publish the Advt can post the New Thread, it can attract more candidates and fulfill your requirement. It's an humble request to you to not to quote the rates below the Thread.
