I appreciate that you have a soft corner for the HBTs and you make them aware of the High rates, but I can only say that the rates are quoted as per Company's standards and Blue Matrix is well established organization and is into the Medical Transcription Industry from last 11 years, many HBTS and Inhouse MTs are very happy working with us and more over apart from only focusing on Rates, we have built up many MTs and Editors Carrier who get job satisfaction working with us.
It is good to know that you are protecting HBTs from the exploitation. But we know our rates are low as compared to others but also we manage our home Based MTs and Editors and even they are quite happy working with us.
