If you come across companies paying 50 p for a line, you can come across a lot of baniyas. These companies are well established and run by professionals who have rose to managerial positions after joining as an MT. TDS will be deducted at govt rates.. 10.25% and HBTs can recover most of the TDS amout if they approach a good tax consultant and shows their various expenses like petrol bills, internet bills, electricty bills etc provided they are in your name in addition to the 1 lakh 80c deduction if you pay school fees for your children or have insurance or paying home loan after getting the form 16A from your employer.. if you are not working for a fixed salary. If you are working for fixed salary then you will get form 16, in which case you will not be able to claim anything apart from the 80c deduction
