I dont want to comment on other's experiences but in my case, it has been a total flop. My amount is very small, but for small units like us, it does matter. We have a bank loan to pay taken for the office and other things. No company is giving good rate, in 1.40 to 1.50 we run the entire show very stringently. The point is this is not the first time, but I felt very bad as our landlord embarrassed me slightly. I made the payment later on, but respect was affected. So I request anyone who is in touch with this guy, to kindly ask him to release our funds.
