Had there been one msg or communication that there is a problem and that payment would be made later, I promise I would have not uttered a word......some emergency.......just one communication......
Even to meet a police commissioner of a city, the estimated time of meeting is 2 days. Here, it seems for the past 20 days, there is no time......I still reiterate....just one communication through an sms or email or whatever, I would have never resorted to forums......I would have patiently waited....To all forum members, please beware of such people.....
