Google is your best resource. That is what I use. You have to invest time doing the search/research.
Search different phrases like "quality transcription" "dependable transcription" "affordable transcription" etc. with quotes. Read forums like mtstars.com, also visit mtjobs.com to get a hang of what you need to have to get attention of US companies.
Don't expect for someone to pave the road for you. If you desire for better, you have to make your own way.
