Just to share something to you all ...
I have worked for this company.. Day before yesterday was my first day when I worked for this firm.. Here is the story...
I got selected in their test files. They appointed me... On my first morning, they gave me one file...I did it and submitted it... there were some blanks in it.. but as this was my first day and my first file, this was a reasonable thing...
When I submitted my file, in not even a minute or two, they refused to give me second file and told me that ur accuracy is not good and we can't continue working with u anymore !!
They told that in test file, u did good but now ur accuracy is not good and they can't continue.. I told them that without checking my file, how can u judge me ?? they told that there are 8 blanks in ur file and we cant continue.. we need direct uploaders... As this was first file, I explained them to give me some time to understand the account, dictator, etc...
And one more shocking thing, second day they approached me again and told me to work.. the reason was they don't want to disappoint their employees and give them a second chance... !!! I told them not to pity on me and to work by their company standards.. they told me that their QA checked my file and found it good... that is why they wanted me to join again !!
One more thing, they have an online platform called remote operations (they too are confused whether it is an old platform or a new one) !! They are offering 80 paise for online and 60 paise for offline work... and they need direct uploaders in such a small amount !!
Before joining them, I had read this thread about them.. I asked them too about these unpleasant things in mt forum but they told that their HR is a cheater.. he has posted all this in mt forum coz he wants to open his own company and take our clients, etc. etc. He is making our company reputation down..
I have a chat history also of all this... I just wanted to share my experience with you all... I think they are not worthy to be trusted...
