Its obvious that people who give good rates will specify the rates as they have nothing to hide (non-direct this much, direct this much, 1 week training at non-direct rates)... but the opportunists who like to exploit the situation hide the rates and then bargain with each MT (at first telling that quality is not good, then when quality is ok, they tell that he has to work for a month at non-direct rates (60 p per line) to get used to formatting, then work for 1 month in their office, etc.)... Even after all this, the rates will be pathetic like for DU they will give like 1.10 or 1.20 only if the MT does 25,000 lines per month or just Re 1 or 90 p per line or even less, and then after TDS, which many companies do not deposit with the govt, the MT gets a salary that is less than what an average college student can earn doing part-time summer jobs.
