When i asked who will be responsible for payment....i got this reply ?

Hi,
We are a group of few mts taking work from clients and outsourcing it to individuals.
We are not a company and do nt have any office address.
We are situated in different places and operate from home.

If you are ok with this you can continue else you can drop.
