Today, i got a call from HR of Transcend...but she told me clearly there is no position for only day shift as i asked her for day shift only..also she is not offering the salary which u mentioned in your post what she told me is 8*** basic salary for which i have to do 7*** lines and after that incentive for whatever i do.
Hope your clarify if there is any change in your company's strategy.
