Job Description:
1. Proofreaders---Have to edit around 1000 lines/day, Bas salary 9k plus incentives(after the target of 18k)
2. Senior proofreaders----Edit around 1200 L/day, Basic salary is 12k plus incentives(after target of 20k)
3. Editors----Edit around 1300 L/day, basic salary is 15K plus incentives(after target of 25k)

There won't be much pressure in achieving target for the first 6 months, If u can do around 800 to 1000, that would be fine;

You will get a joining bonus of 8k, divided into 4k per month for 2 months.

Nightshift allowance:
4000 for Editors
2500 for S. P/Rs
2000 for P/Rs

Test process is simple and very easy.

U will have a LOM test of 25 questions followed by edit/transcribe around 6 files in a total of 10 hours. You can take the test at your house anywhere in India

I never understand the strategy of naunce...one of company here in chandigarh paying editors 25k for 1200 L/day in house on naunce work (escription)..and naunce itself paying very less...why this kolaveri

Its all about margins and overheads... Nuance is a international company with certain ethics and standards of doing business. The money that Nuanace pays to its MTs and editors is after it takes out the money from the total income generated through MT line count for overheads (electricity bills, salary to HR, PRO, peon, receptionist, etc, food bills for the staff, building rent, building maintenance charges, security charges, land tax and many more) and they also remove their target profit amount from that income.. However, in the case of a subsidary vendor of Nuance, it depends on the vendor whether he wants to divert his income money for the above overheads or not. Usually, the vendors operate under frugal conditions and so even after removing their target profit amount, they have enough to pay good money to the MTs. Its all about business strategy.
