Please provide me a reliable institution that offers good rates and if possible other facilities to the HBTs as compared to the in-house employees. I have been into medical transcription for 6+ years in which 2+ years as a DU and currently working as an HBT in DU status, but not satisfied with the rates they provide. I have tried a lot of companies, but have seen that they do partiality in terms of maping accounts, fixing salary or rates per line, etc., and I am really frustrated with this type of attitude. Once again I am requesting you to provide me an institution where my work will be justified and send me details to addd.dks@gmail.com. Thanks
