You can try perry Johnson Outsourcing, SMGC bhopal, Lloyds, but again you have to be committed and achieve targets to achieve this rate. I think over the last month a few companies have posted Re 1 as editing rates for Escription.... you have a lot of options now. Again, there is nothing called partiality of rates...when you deal with a company the deal should be all above the table... direct rates and indirect rates thats all (again, its your talent when you go from non-DSP to DSP status). Don't deal with companies who use terms like probation period, trial files, orientation time for new software, first work as QA for 4 months in-house and then we will give you work at home status (which will never happen because they will stress you to the limit), client apprisal based incentive, diwali bonus, gift coupons for Cafe Day, food coupons, ticket for a movie, etc. Again, not all clients in US are above board. There are a lot of dubious people out in US who hold back money stating that quality is not up to the mark and just get the work done and make money. If you are confident and do give good quality, the rates should be applicable from day 1.
I may also warn you not to be overconfident and then give bad quality. If you are not sure you can do a good job, better start from a low salary, because if you goof up in quality, you will be immediately terminated from the job and the it is a difficult process to go direct again.
Again, I should also mention that increment for people doing on line count basis is a myth, it will never happen. So get the company offering the highest rate and your increment will be jumping to the next company who is offering a better rate.
So, its all in the game.. you cannot afford to be static.
