Seems intentionally you have missed out mentioning the rates for MTs and QAs -

Are you expecting 98-99% accuracy from QAs or MTs ?

What about shift timings ?

What about platform ?

By not mentioning all these details in your post - you have to waste your time replying to each aspirant on chat or through mail - It seems you have so much FREE time to spend on all this activity
