Only Male candidates who has 5+ years experience with good typing skills and has hands on experience with good listening skills and can manage tough, moderate and easy dictators should be eager to put the efforts for the good line counts including good speed and simultaneously should maintain average quality, files should be readable without blunder mistakes so that our editors can edit it easily.
The audios consist of Progress notes, discharge summary, consultancy and clinic notes. The audios quality will be of tough, moderate and easy dictations.
HBT's having hands on experience on the above mentioned work- type can make good earnings with more line counts.
Initially to become accustomed to the Dicatators HBTs requires at least a month period to set himself or depending upon the candidates efforts which he put in for good output, additional quality of discipline and efficiency will definetly help to grow rapidly and reach to 30+ K as this is only MT level and no burden of Du is given to HBTs. He can grab the line counts as per his capacity.
The timings are bit harsh that is night shift but the candidates having prior night shift experience can take this advantage to earn doubled money as compared for the same work in day shift.
Our team will accompany HBTs and support them till their salary drawn is above 25+ K to 30+ K.
It is Semi Online with only trans, timing 10pm to 6 am and work will be via FTP, rates are 1.20 paise per line, no deductions for any drop down in the quality at Blue Matrix
