This company is called ELICO HEALTHCARE...I had been to the interview a year back and came to know some shocking facts related to this company.
1. You have to handover your ORIGINAL GRADUATION TESTIMONIAL to the organization.
2. If you want to leave the company you have to give 2 months notice period, but they can remove you any time any moment.
3. Forcefully, you have to do, night shift in every three months.
4. If you give notice period to resign, this organization will hold your TESTIMONIALS as ransom and they demand money in lieu to release your certificates.
I know one of my friend, Gyanamurthy worked for them in Chennai and had a very tough time.
My friend, BE AWARE AND ALERT FOR SUCH PEOPLES.
