You did not mention your location. Because very few hospitals in India are well versed in Parkison's Treatment.
This is not to hurt anyone in particular but this is the reality which I am facing facing with my MIL.
She was diagnosed with Parkinson's 4 years back. 2 yrs went by roaming around all the tom, dick and harry doctors of HYD. Ultimately, Thanks to my MT knowledge and net, came across NIMHANS Parkinson's Clinic in Bengaluru.

They are specialized in Parkinson's.
The cost depends on which stage she is in.
Starting stage is tremors, then arrhythmia, then bladder and gait control.
When a patient reaches to this stage nowadays, they are suggesting Deep Brain Stimulation depending on age.
We could not take her to Bengaluru as she was having anxiety and panic attacks also. We wrote to Doctor at the clinic and detailed him about her condition who luckily cooperated and gave some directions.
The doctor who was treating till then in HYD in one of the BEST hospitals when was told about the treatment procedure that ACTUALLY had to be done was astonished and STARTED actual treatment from his PRIVATE clinic.
So keeping these in mind, take proper decision,if possible take the patient to Benagluru, stay for some time and then continue.
Aftermath also the patient requires Psychological counseling along with physiotherapy which is being doing altogether at NIMHANS.
Parkinson's Patients need 24 x7 observation from the moment they are diagnosed.
Hope I could answer your query.
