You have to first ask how many of the companies or self-employed people posting jobs here have work directly from a US physician or a US transcription company. Almost all are taking work from another Indian vendor and then trying to find their bakra here. One lady has really been absurd with her postings (Women HBTs....) I mean what the hell...
