This is  one of the most sensible posts I have read till now and it is the correct method of putting down a discussion that is due from past so many years.

Yes, truly. Are the rates reasonable, is the quality and quantity of work reasonable for a tension-free Employee?

Once every one gets answers right, I think as admin has been advising there will be just MT(empty)s.
