Dont take any work from the person named George, ID GeorgeJoseph, company named Venturin Business Solutions, he is a dam cheater and a fraud, he is not going to pay for his work.

pls update on which platform he was giving work, account name, his place.  Did you join him through mtforu.  So that others are careful when dealing with him.

He has given the work on Emdat platform and also one more offline account named SMA, I joined him as he called me getting my phone numbers from any sources that I dont know. I worked for one and half months and he repeatedly telling that my payment come so and so dates and failed date one after one and giving some false statements for that.  At last, he did not reply my calls or my chat.

Thanks for informing us, guys!  I wonder how could one join without verifying the company details and its credentials.  Everyone must check the company thoroughly.  That is why one should work only in reputed companies and not these damn cheats.  You can file a complaint through http://www.akosha.com/complaints (the fastest complaint resolving website) at very low cost.  You should punish this person if you really want to.  Also check with Registrar of Indian companies to find if this company was registered or not.

I have one question to ask - Was your quality good to pay?  How long have you worked?  Through which link you joined this company?  Did you discuss all terms and conditions with the manager before joining?  Did you check the background of this company through friends or other sources?  If your quality was good, then he is a cheater and I know this place.  

If we (MT people) can join hands and fix these fraudsters, then another one will not rise.  Why should we suffer?

1-1/2 months is pretty long for salary delay, dear.  Don't take the kind words from company.  You must be careful in future.  Why dont you coax him by asking your friends to call on him as if your friends want to work with him, get to him and then grab him by the collars.  Make him pay if there is no issue on quality or any other issues.  This is the ultimate choice of you meeting him.  Send some job seekers to him and trace his whereabouts.  Since he is Alleppey, which is in Kerala, he can be easily traced since not many companies run there, maybe only 3 to 4 maximum.  He very well knows your number and chat ID, so he will avoid.  Get your friends to pick him up and then you can meet him, that is the only easiest way.
