Hi GS,
Irrespective of line count or otherwise, I believe you would come under salary basis. Your total income can cover line counts total amount or gross salary amount. It does not matter which one. All overheads come under expenses.
As for form used, please check out ITR-1 SAHAJ, ITR-2, ITR-2A and ITR-4S-SUGAM. It is a bit confusing. I asked around and was referred to these forms.
