what logic is this? You are asking 90-95%, which means the MT can give 99 too in it if he or she gives 90-95%, why this mere 8 to 9% left?
Do you have an option of direct upload? where you can recruit an MT of 6+ years experienced. If so, kindly mention DU rates..
It is just like asking u give me 90-95% or 98% we will give you 1.10 only...so be logical. i do not think your ad is going to recruit quality people for the rates you are providing.
