Again, reiterating that we have some new projects that we need to urgently ramp up.
Opportunities are available for QAs and Team leads. Our policy is to provide opportunities and preference for internal recruitment and entry is possible only as a QA into our team. Based on pure merit and performance, and requirement, elevations can be expected in less than 6 months.
Hope this gives some more inputs to those you are seriously seeking a change in workplace.
