Not sure what pleasure you got in knowing that, or from what I said...
I just feel that their action of vanishing without a word only shows their "cheap" mental makeup ... nothing else, we did not vanish, they did.
Hope they have the courage to say to us what was wrong and why they left without just running away... if we have a problem, we are ready to correct.
People who have good skill do not run, they ask questions ... not sure if I can say that to ones who just fire from behind someone's back or say "big" things in the forum without identifying themselves...
@JD "People who had good skill do not run".............so your recruit people who does not have skills?? What a pity!!! Now I see the reason behind all the messTo please these unskilled relatives in jobs needs favouritism. Now the whole picture stands clear.
Sreehari,
We are deviating a bit. Instead of asking us what kind of employees we have we are talking about people who are not worth having as employees.
We pride ourselves in saying we have some of the best resources in the industry. Some of them working with us for as long as 7-8 years. In pursuit of hiring such employees there is always a chance of running into people who are hoppers jumping from one company to another and no company is untouched by this problem.
Bottom line, we are looking for the best employees and we are one of the best employers.
With the growth potential we have, we are again looking to hire a lot more QAs.
From all the people we test and select there will be a small number of QAs who out of habit will still runaway because they don't want to put in the hard work and dedication needed to become the best they can be.
