Hi All.

I am a company myself (??) as well for past few years in field who is in the phase of small expansion...)

As a result, I can now take up to 300 (NOT 3000) lines per day of work from ethical companies (??) in the first phase and to gradually increase the volume as per my own (company's) requirement, not at the cost of laziness.  Following are the points I put forward:
 
1.  I have this spare capacity only for day time; 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (I get to choose the timings and yes only 300 lines.. )..
 
2.  Looking for clients who can provide minimum 1.20 INR per line for edit and double for trans (VRE Files) and 2.30 INR per line for offline manual transcription (MT + QA).
 
3.  Clients who can provide less volumes for me during this time only need to contact (STRICTLY).  I cannot be fishing for jobs as the work is getting done in-house by me being a company myself.  Offline clinic clients are also welcome.
 
4.  A client visit before starting up is always welcome and I in turn would like to meet the client in person at their premises for discussion and contract signing if any.

P.S.:  Santoshjn - Congrats...  You should either be skilled or lucky to earn 15-20k in about 4-5 hours just one year after you finished your training in 2013 as mentioned in one of your previous posts here...

Nice style and sense of humor...I had given up hoping someone in this forum would have any wit.

We read the same old boring posts with even more boring slave wages (read terribly outdated) day in and night out.  It would be nice if there was something "extra" to make it more interesting.

Perhaps a massive dose of Viagra would stir up the pot some for the ever-greedy employers and help them fill up with the milk of human kindness leading to more income to MTs.  Wishful thinking, I guess.

Now that two entertainers on our forum, one Mr. Pepzy (experienced).. Who is indeed experienced in putting some lousy comments on someone else's post without knowing the gist of it.. and Mr. themt10 who very much is in search of wit, humor, and something extra    in the forum, let me put forward as to why I have posted my Ad. 

[b]The timings (7 a.m. to 7 pm) and the rates mentioned in the Ad above is just because we have our spare capacity available at that time and that our employees who mainly work on escription (which usually get over before 9 a.m.) have spare time left through the day and have expressed their interest to work to earn more.  And moreover, no company would start with taking up 1 Lakh line per day on the first phase without knowing the whereabouts of the provider for the fear of being cheated. So, its only after both (the company and the vendor) have had a fruitful coordination and business together for few months, that they decide to ramp up with huge volumes.  I hope i have made myself clear on this.

[/b]Now,..  Mr. Pepzy, it was interesting to read your creativity on Editing and Proofreading, .. I strongly recommend to try your luck in creative writing stuff... but on your note to me stating "You should either be skilled or lucky to earn 15-20k in about 4-5 hours just one year after you finished your training" etc....  My friend, i started my career and started earning that salary in MT industry when you were on your nappies..

So, cool buddy..The post i assume that you were mentioning was regarding our Ad on giving MT training, but you took it as my experience in the field.. I have been through all phases of MT profession, and very well know what it takes to be an MT, and thus, we and our employees work in harmony....

And Mr. themt10, nowadays, there are lots of witty stuff on channels to find "something extra" there., (which shows some standard nowadays like never before). : This is serious business here in the forum where lots of our MT friends are getting good openings in their career, but i appreciate your views on few other things in forum, which seems right and sensible..
