I didn't mean to mock your post and I wish all the members feel free to express their opinions, but taking it otherwise just cuts your learning curve..

You should have taken my advice to take my reply on a lighter note..  Since you didn't, read my reply fully to understand why..

I will try to address point-by-point.

What do you mean by "we are a company?"  Working as a team is different from declaring as "we are a company.."

Work from ethical companies in the first phase??..  Yeah, all the companies nowadays hold a signboard making themselves clear as to whether they are ethical or unethical.. 

You asked for an ethical company in the first phase to provide work, but you replied justifying as if your company is in the first phase..  Confusing??

Yes. This is a good profession and a permanent employment wherin you can start earning staying at your home itself. But 20k initially, would depend upon your capability, but within a few months, it can rise more than that.. Regarding a good MT institute, i refer Med i Voice Transcription and Training Institute where experienced faculty take up the classes. Both Online and In-house training. Moreover, they give a 7-day trial period in which you can decide whether you need to continue or not. If u feel otherwise, the first installment will be returned without any deductions. I was trained there a year ago and i am earning around 15-20 k with around 4-5 hours of my day. u can contact them at 09746300337..

I am awed.  You have presented your case like a lawyer.  I urge you to leave this miserable field of medical transcription and go become a lawyer.  You could end up making millions and trillions prostituting...oh sorry prosecuting MT employers for not raising wages and running their businesses like slave factories.

I await with bated breath friend Santoshjn's reply to my reply and your reply.  It is helping passing the time from an otherwise tedious job of working.
